My favorite funny part was when a defense attorney was asking a prosecution witness a question. The witness answered a different question and the attorney asked to have that answered stricken from the record. The judge granted it. Then this attorney proceeded to ask the witness a detail about the answer that he just had stricken. The prosecution attorney immediately objected, the judge looked up quizzically, and the defense attorney chuckled and said, “Your honor, I have to admit I agree with counsel” (the other attorney).
